Well, I did do a couple of US-originated (or rather Canada, should that matter) xONEx originations and had no trouble including SXM and BDA. It would be an awfully painful penalty to suddenly have North America shrink to the continental boundary (including the 51st state), losing all of Central America and the Caribbean, because of the origination.
