Since you say it was a few weeks ago I think the chance of you ever getting it back are slim. If it was in the AC and the staff found it or anyone turned it in they would have gotten ahold of you by now.

Airport Lost and Found is an option, LAS uses online email to contact their lost and found here.

Hope this helps, I doubt it would make it back to your hotel at this point. In the mean time start getting replacement cards, etc....
