I had a great 1K agent last week when I was calling to reserve a weekend trip to NYC in May. We had a nice conversation talking about what we had planned for the weekend in NYC.

She ended the conversation with "I don't think you need a rent a car for this weekend, Mr. 777". She did ask me if she had met my travel needs though
