This is a major complaint of mine; the routing possibilities to get to tlv. Swiss was "ok" when partnered/codeshared whatever with AA, at least the terrible arrival time in TLV was offset that you got some miles, ect. But since, the 2:30 pm arrival is not offset by anything.

You cannot effectively get to TLV on AA unless it is through zrh and Swiss. I do this trip 5-7 times a year, and something, anything would be nice. I think Royal Jordanian is the only way, but this is laughable from routing POV.
I tried every European Gateway too.

With being based in DFW and the cannot fly to LHR is also a huge limitation to quality connections.

I think of the majors, only UA and AA dont serve TLV now...DL, and CO do, and do so very well.

I do wonder, though, whether RJ joining OneWorld might have put a spanner in the works for any such AA/LY codeshare -- let's hope they don't view NYC-AMM-TLV as a good-enough substitute for NYC-LHR-TLV or some other more direct route on larger planes with better connections.
