I think it used to be Wheels Up / Touch Down but I’m not sure if that’s now changed. You are right about Arrival & Departure times, rule of thumb is that pushback usually occurs around Departure time or up to 30 mins later for and OnTime arrival. Most planes work their schedule around a 30min delayed pushback...inevitable it seems they're right 80% of the time
