As current plans do not include refitting the airbuses, does that mean that LHR will end up with 2 different J products since this route is operated with a mix of 343s, 346s and 744s?

Or would CX turn LHR into a full 'new J' route operated by a mix of 744s and the new 77Ws since LHR is a premium and highly competitive route?

Am not due to fly till early next year but I am currently booked on the 0920 departure for HKG-LHR and it's now showing '34C' on EF. I could change to any other flight as im on a DONE4 but I like the timing of the 0920 flight. Not that I need a completely flat seat for a day flight I suppose but it'd still be nice to sample it.
