It's just about as flat as the current J seat on CX. There are a few less inches of pitch, but CO doesn't have the hard back shell, so you get about the same personal space. CO seat is wider, and it's also more adjustable with a better "cradle" position for relaxing. AVOD on CX, not on CO (yet - coming soon). But I have my laptop, so it doesn't really matter. Catering on CO is meaningfully better than CX J, IMHO (I really despise the heat-n-serve casseroles that pass for main courses on CX). FA's aren't typically as attentive on CO, but I still get everything I ask for on CO and I really don't need the a55-kissing from the CX FAs, though it is nice.

Basically everything balances out in terms of product and service, IMHO.
