I've sat in most of the seats by now flying US4651-US4652 PIT-ART-PIT. My STRONG preference is 1A. Then 1B but watch out for the fire extinguisher and the closet. But if you can't handle the lack of a window, don't do row 1. Then any seat but the exit (4? 5?) in order front to rear. 9 middle is the WORST seat if there are people next to you. Probably OK if not, but I haven't sat there.
I'll be taking my first Beech 1900 flight soon. Whoo...
Row 6, the first row after the exits, is marked as a Premium Exit Row. Seatguru (for US Air) says it's just a standard seat.

For you B1900 experts, is or isn't there a little more legroom in row 6? Would you take row 2 over row 6 (there will be 2 of us traveling together)?
