I got an e-mail from AA to check in on-line for my flight tomorrow.
When I try to check in on-line the system states: "We are unable to check you in. Please check in at the airport with an agent"
Has anyone ever had this problem? What might be causing it?
Have you made any changes to your reservation at any time ? I dont have anything to do with online check in , but at the airport self service it is often caused by a change of somekind being made , or even a cancellation.
Other than that you might be scheduled for some one on one time with the TSA at the check point.
