I understand why one might apply for this card to receive the 15-20,000 bonus, but I cannot see why one would actually use it for anything other than BA tickets. BA miles can also be earned with Diners Club Mastercard ($95 annual fee, offering 1.5 miles per dollar until end August) and with Merrill+ VISA (zero annual fee, offering 1.3 miles per dollar until end April.)
