Well the MC looks better...but BofA has a better web site and over all better customer service in chat service and phone service.

Either is fine I would say flip a coin and then sign up if you are only going for one.

Keep in mind depending on your credit score...BofA has 3 US cards with different bonus miles and I believe the MC card has only one...
