There is some inconsistency though. No flights with #399 allow pre-selection. Fine. When it comes to domestic flights 1-399 it is badly handled. Some do not allow selection whilst others do. This is exascerbated by the telephone agents who will automatically say that pre-selection is not allowed but when pushed enough to try ( on a 1-399 ) find that they can on some services.
