It seems Check-my-trip only shows seat allocations for domestic OZ flights if they are Internationals (QF1-399). An upcoming SYD-MEL-SYD flight on QF 409 does not have seat assignment shown whereas the return MEL-SYD (QF180) DOES have seat assignment shown.
