For a further food rec, I think nothing beats a
Seolleong tang (ox bone soup) with scallions, sea salt, kimchi and a bowl of rice for a Korean style breakfast. The local way sometimes used in business relationships to add a bottle or two of soju is not recommendable if anything productive is to be done on the rest of the day.
