I have consistently had the best customer service from Juniper/Barclays. Others may disagree, but I never spend more than a minute (if that) on hold to speak with an agent, and they seem to me to be friendlier than the BOA agents. I've spent more than ten minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone from BOA before.
Why not get both and get the extra miles?
