This has once again been my experience with the Ambassador service center. Yesterday, I had a 6 days stay at the IC Athens from last week, posting as a non-qualifying stay because of a mix-up between a revenue stay and an award stay. I sent an e-mail to the Ambassador service center and I have already received an e-mail with the correction, which is also reflected on the web site.
