Had a RI in Charlotte stiff me on a ride before. Website said they had shuttle service, but when I called upon arriving, they had never heard of anything like that. Front desk claimed they used to have a shuttle, but no longer did. I tried to convince the front desk to pull up the web page and see that it was on there, and they would not. I even tried this with the front desk person the next day, and they said there was nothing they could do. I unfortunately was on vacation and this was a stopover, so I did not have my laptop. When I got home the next day, the shuttle part was conveniently not on the web page anymore. Hmmm.
Well, the great finish to this story is that I
did have a printout of the hotel webpage at home.

Copied it, mailed it to the GM of the hotel, and the cab fare I paid was sent to me in the form of a travel credit.
