I am looking to fly out of Atlanta to Columbus over Memorial Day but the flights have been running close to $400.
So I checked to see the price from Birmingham and it would be less than half of that.
Naturally the Birmingham flight actually connects with a lay-over in Atlanta (and ends up being the flight I wanted to be on to start with).

So my question is - If I book the BHM - CMH, but don't board at BHM and try to get on during the lay-over in ATL will I be successful?
