Jaws--I have used it to book air travel a couple of times. They were offering extra click rewards last year, and everything worked out great. Got electronic confirmation, and had no problems at airport. However, I am one of those who doesn't usually like e-tickets, in case I miss flight, and have to change airlines. The e-ticket still makes it too hard. However, Preview has been very good. I like their farefinder and hotel and rental car finder options on their site also.
