Newer/updated clubs (I've been in DTW, MEM) are really nice. Earth tones, low lighting, lots of stone accents and gas fireplaces. Lots of quiet nooks & crannies, and coffee/tea stations stocked with Pepperidge Farm cookies.

Older clubs (the old one at MSP and DCA for me) are serviceable, but not much more.
