More of a general comment (not specific to any hotel) but I HATE it when 4 and 5 hotels go in on a shuttle service and expect guests to fit into a 20 passenger shuttle when there are 100 guests checking in during a 1 hour time frame. At that point in time, I usually just cancel my reservation and go to another hotel...
