If she knows she'll miss that flight now (at 14:11 local time), that's some flat tyre!

If she is stuck connecting on another itinerary on a separate PNR, BA has no obligation at all. If she's on one PNR and delayed, they will rebook her.

If she just thinks she may miss it due to some other engagement or something, well, that's why BA make people buy flexible tickets.
