Glad it wasn't just me who gulped Not the best marketing email.

In fairness, these flights have been loaded into the system for award redemption and there is good availability and good FB web-award rates; I was offered a one-way MAD-LCY for 10,000 miles in Business or 5,000 in Economy on a Sunday evening at convenient times. The taxes were about 20 Euros. I think that's good value ^
