In order to receive an EUA you must be crediting miles to that airlines FF# (unless there is a reciprocal upgrade agreement between the two airlines ie:AS/NW CO/NW). If you're on Alaska you must be using your Alaska MVP/Gold number in order to get a comp upgrade and likewise when flying Delta you must use your DL SkyMiles number.
