Does this all apply on E-jets?

ERJ is indeed low - 182 cm floor to top of ceiling, and less on the sides.
But E-jets are 200 cm floor to ceiling. For comparison - DC-9 is 205 cm floor to ceiling, B737 is 216 cm, A320 is 225 cm, A340 is over 230 cm and B777 is around 240 cm. But F28/F100/F70 is 200 cm high. Concorde is just 192 cm floor to ceiling. So, E-jets are definitely more spacious than Concorde.
How high, floor to top of ceiling vault, is B747 upper deck? It looks low.
