Two ultralights fly out of Port Allen. There are no parachutes as far as I can see. Haven't heard about any crashes. They look horrible though. There is also a strange very little plane there sometimes that gives tours, wherein the one tour-ist sits out in front of the plane, somewhat suspended in mid-air.
