I was a little perturbed as they never mentioned that little bit of info when we called.
I was standing aroud at the airport waiting for a complimentary shuttle bus advertised (on the Marriott website hotel home page) as running until 11 p.m. I was there by 10.45 p.m. and it never came. When I called the hotel at 11 p.m. they said I had just missed the last shuttle bus and was supposed to call well before 11 p.m. as the the driver had gone home for the evening and therefore I should take a cab. I then took a cab that cost me $35 to get to the hotel because I relied upon the hotel's website and also Marriott's reservation line's info asking about how late the hotel shuttle bus runs.

And on top of that, when I got to the hotel in a cab, not only did I find the hotel van in the driveway, they also put me in a room next to the elevator and a closet/area used all night by cleaning/maintenance staff. I got no rest that night.

I have little confidence in Marriott's ability to do the right thing either.
