I would not fly Jetstar on international services because there is no way you would know whether you will get from A to B on time.

Jetstar in domestic routes regularly cancels flights using excuses as "mechanical problems" or "weather problems on another part of Australia" etc etc etc .. Sometimes they just want to cancel flights to save money ... I have been in receiving end of that for a while. So now my business goes to Virgin Blue and sometimes Qantas.

Also I don't understand why people want to fly Jetstar which their fares are not really cheaper than the full service airlines. At least full service airline gives you food.

I could only see people bear it if they get ultra cheap tickets during special sale. Otherwise it would be crazy to even consider flying with them.
