Given J* credentials as LCC what - if any - contingency does it have to move pax to other (full cost) airlines?

As a pax, I would expect: zero. One reason why I would absolutely resist flying with them. My leisure time is precious, I don't want to be stranded a couple of days waiting to get there (coming home would be another matter )....and a definite no-no when it comes to international connections.

If I was flying QF however, would it be unreasonable to expect the odd diversion of LAX-OZ services to help where possible?
