Wow.. You are a very forgiving person... If I had bad service ONCE at a hotel, I would probably not return. Bangkok has so many reasonable hotels with traditionally wonderful Thai service that you should never put up with bad service on five different occasions!!

Have probably stayed at the Sukhothai at least 5 times in the last 12 months and have had consistently poor service. It is a very nice hotel in terms of architecture but the service doesn't even meet up to 3 star with staff entering room when do not disturb sign is on without knocking!
