LH seat maps are available using any of the seat map options. SQ maps can only be accessed using Galileo or WSpan. 9W does not have a GDS data link for the seat maps.

That 'counter' shouldn't go over 10 or so, so this indicates a problem with your local system -- pls see the troubleshooting section of the KVS Tool FAQ ...
