I was going to call a US agent for PG in Los Angeles, listed here - http://www.bangkokair.com/contact/?id=us - there is an email address listed as well.
But, I see the PG flight CNX-BKK arrives too late to make my connection, so my original question is moot. For me anyway.

I will just fly the HAN-LPQ and LPQ-CNX legs on QV at regular price and use Air Asia CNX-BKK. Same, same, but different. Mai pen rai.
