We had stayed at the Europejeski on our last visit to Warsaw back in '00, on the recommendation of a travel agent. It was 140 Euros/nt back then, and abysmal.... like staying in a meat locker. I've been vindicated, but my husband still reminds me of that whenever I mention a great "deal" on a hotel room
