Hi,

You could try Virgin Atlantic from MCO ( orlando) to LGW then bmi from LHR-Moscow ( the bmi service is relatively new and in some aspects better than BA according to reports)
Again LGW-LHR would be on your own dime but if you fly Virgin you get a free limo transfer at each end of your journey ( on a D or J fare) so you colud get a limo from Tampa to MCO then from LGW-LHR ( same on the return)
