Ok, when I call Special Member Services (the number on my SkyMiles card) I ask specifically to speak to the Salt Lake City customer service center?

Or should I just "ask for a manager"?

Apologies since I don't know the abbreviations as well as you guys. I just want to be really sure to ask in the right way.
