I think I would second guess that too. I am so unimpressed with NWA now that I have several of their flights under my belt. Every flight left late. Bland FAs. Old, dirty planes. Unrepaired seats. No domestic IFE. No free food on most flights. Food for purchase that is hardly food.

NW will get you to your destination in one piece, but it won't be as pleasant a journey as you'll get from CO. I have new respect for CO. ^
