This issue was discussed on radio JJJ a week or so ago. The only agreed etiquate was that seats should be fully up at meal times. Really, what sort of drongo is so selfish and stupid to have their seat on recline on t/o. It only impedes an emergency exit...

Now, when QF gets the same type of Bus. seats as BAs NCW and CXs, it won't matter where the seat is in front!
