If you have *A status, I'd recommend UA via IAD for economy plus (extra room). If you don't have *A status, I'd recommend US for the next best coach cabin.

AC would be a pain because of the need to transit through three countries. While I am not fond of IAD for international arrivals, economy plus would make up for it.
