Well if Hawaii counts as 'domestic' for the U.S. , then Réunion counts as 'domestic' for France, being a département with exactly the same status as the départements of metropolitan France. They use the euro and are represented in the French parliament, can vote in EU elections &c... and of course get AF service out of ORY rather than CDG
