To attempt to answer the question, lets divide it up a little:

1) Specific mileage earning opportunities will be moved into the respective FFP forum. There simply could be too many "hot" tips for the Buzz to handle.

2) Is it News or Buzz? That's more difficult to decide. If you think it's BuzzWorthy annoucement that affects a large segment of FF's then go with the Buzz.

3) No cross-posting between two forums, we'd like to keep the discussion consolidated into the minimal number of threads.

4) If you have a question where to post, feel free to email us to help sort it out. Otherwise if you post, you may find that it has been moved.

5) If we catch a post that is "posted wrong" and there aren't any or many responses, we may move it without keeping the orgional thread. That is, it will look as if the thread was started in the forum to which we moved it. On the other hand, as you can see by the other locked threads in the Buzz, we posted a message that it was moved before locking it. This is just to give you all more info as to what happened and to direct you to where you can continue the discussion on that particular thread.
