Someone posted a complete list a while ago which you might be able to search for. I just tried but got too many responses so would need to do a tighter search.

Pretty sure it is the earlier 777s at LHR with GE90 engines that have the smaller screens - but there are exceptions. For example at LGW all the 4 class 777s have small screens but the three class have large - but all those aircraft have GE90 engines.

I think all the 777s with RR Trent engines have the larger screen.........
