AGREE! It is truly mind-boggling how people who are hired to do a job know SO little about it. Regardless of how much us FF'ers fly, we should not know airline P&P better than the people working there. And we do, a lot of us do.

All it would take is a little foretought on the airlines' part to make the carry-on baggage issue go away. And no, that weird metal crate next to the gate is not the time for that.
