Phone agent says I'm confirmed in Z - web site says I'm still waitlisted?
I noticed some weirdness on my Delta ATL-JNB-CPT-JNB-ATL itinerary online.
My South African connection to CPT (paper ticket) was suddenly missing from my itinerary.
I called the FO customer service line to check on it, and the gentleman (I believe at a call center outside the US) assured me that "everything was confirmed."
I asked about my waitlist status (there are 14 empty seats in BE for my flight) and he said I was confirmed in Business class. I asked him three times, and three times he said yes.
But I'm still shown as booked in M and waitlisted for Z on the web site. And my SAA connection is still missing. (It was there earlier this week). Any idea what's going on?
