Bostom - completely agree with your thoughts relative to MIA. Once I landed there in the mid-late evening and exactly the same thing!

o - Numerous carousels available...
o - Only one in use with several flights inbound.
o - People standing five deep behind the only working carousel.... and the people whose bags were coming out were the ones in the back the five deep.
o - Must have been at least an extra hour or two.
