That's how the Kauaian and this paper (which is part of the HNL Advertiser) work. It will be online on the 13th. I'm not much on stats anyway, I just read the article and typed it as I read it. What I do know having lived here a long time is that flying around on helicopters is always dangerous, and more so here Kaua'i.
