Did everyone get their refunds processed finally? At least three tickets sent to Travelocity before April 4th seem to still be unprocessed for refund. (I don't even know if Travelocity can find them internally despite the FedEx tracking info showing when it arrived and who signed for them.)
I got one ticket refunded in a twinkling through Nicolo. The other one that I needed a refund for (it was originally booked through Expedia UK, included a AC leg and for some reason was issued on AC ticket stock) took a bit longer. However, once again, Nicolo came up trumps - wrote me a letter (which I cut and pasted into my letter to expedia.co.uk) along with a note on AZ letterhead (real paper - not an Email) for me to give to expedia; a couple of months later the refund duly hit my CC account. Nicolo is a star! (Just wish I could have taken the trips but time and the cost of getting to YYZ from the UK did me in).
