The TSA calls Mr Gallagher a "Behavior Detection Officer" (BDO); is this another title for "Screener who also has taken the Four Hour course in Suspicious Behavior Recognition?" Or does this guy spend the entire shift practicing his Suspicious Behavior Recognition techniques and not perform all the other screening functions as well?
