I think you will find it's a damp lease. This will mean the aircraft is operated by XL on there own AOC with there own flight crew, but the cabin crew will be GB's and trained by XL to there specific emergency procedures.

Cabin crew can actually be liceneced on 2 AOC's at the same time so they will still be able to operate on the GB fleet as well as the XL -800.

Clear as mud .... !!!
