I too have purchased L'Oreal Elnett in Europe and other countries. I still have a few cans left.

Although, I'm not a big hairspray user, my personal favorite is Sebastian Shaper Plus. I also have a new hairspray, Ojon Tunu. I've only used it a few times, light and not sticky. Frederic Fekkai has a good one as well.
