I'm sure other airlines can work around the paper requirement, but this is Aeroflot we're talking about. I am most concerned about what will happen when my friend, for whom I am purchasing a ticket, shows up at LED attempting to travel on SU with no paper ticket. I also note this article says paper tickets are required: http://lenta.ru/news/2007/01/25/minjust/

Has anyone here ever traveled on SU without a paper ticket?
